The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) was established as an autonomous self-regulatory body in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India by the then Minister of Urban Poverty Alleviation, Hon’ble Shri. Ram Jethmalani ji. The Indian housing and real estate sectors and the allied industries hailed the establishment of NAREDCO, as the apex national body for the real estate. It was formed with the mandate to induce transparency and ethics in real estate business and transform the unorganized Indian real estate sector into a matured and globally competitive business sector.

India’s First E-Commerce Real Estate Marketplace - ‘Housing For All’ was launched by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs under the aegis of NAREDCO on 14th January 2020 and is supported by other Trade Associations including Assocham, FICCI, CII, IMC and BAI. This development is strongly inspired by our Hon’ble Prime Minister - Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘Digital India’ and ‘Housing for all by 2022’. The e-commerce portal will host India’s largest e-commerce housing sale from 14th February onwards. More than 1,000 projects with ready-to-move-in homes are to be listed on the portal where buyers from not just in India but across the globe can explore and buy properties.

The online portal will also have an offline component in terms of tele-calling and tele-servicing to augment the effectiveness of the event and deals closed at the developer’s site or offices. Through this portal, lowest priced inventory will be made available by developers for buyers to take full advantage of the best pricing. It aims at generating massive sales by building trust and encouraging transparency in the industry. Thus, instilling confidence in the customer.
